Nico's Adventures

So instead of presents, my family gave me a stash of cash for my 7th birthday. The stash of cash is something different, but my parents say I am old enough to choose how I will use it.
Help me on my adventures, as I discover what to do with this stash of cash.

Should I spend it, save it, or use it to help others?

What would you do?

About Nico

I have been on so many adventures that I want to share with other kids so that they can get excited about things they can do, too!

My name is Nico Kufner and I am the boy behind the new book series, Nico’s Adventures. My books will take kids, and even adults, on adventures in making friends, playing sports, giving back and saving money, just to name a few.

Nico’s Stash of Cash

It’s never too early to start teaching children about the value of money and making smart choices.  A great way to do this is to talk with them about spending, giving, and saving.

In Nico’s Stash of Cash, because Nico is older, he makes a list of how he would like to use his money.  The book is a great way to start a discussion about money with children of all ages and the author provides suggestions younger children as well.

A New Way to Save: Nico’s Bank Adventure

Nico was excited – today the fire-breathing dragon skateboard would be his! He’d saved his money for months and finally had enough to buy it.

On the way to Mario’s Sports, a sign in the Bank window caught his eye. Are YOU saving for the FUTURE?

Nico wondered, Am I, should I? He wanted to save but he wanted the skateboard too.

Could he find a way to do both?

A New Way to Save helps children understand the concept of having their first savings account at a bank.

Community Giving

Another inspiring adventure of mine is giving back to the community.  I am passionate about giving back to non-profit organizations and I hope I will be able to inspire you to feel the same way.
